I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the historical part of the city. The value for money was exceptional, with spacious rooms that were well furnished and immaculately clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. One detail I loved was the terrace in the room, which offered a lovely view of the city. Additionally, the breakfast served with classical music at a nearby bar was a delightful way to start the day.

All aspects of this hotel were fantastic - nothing could be improved.

My recent stay at Aqa Palace in Florence was fantastic! The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom and a separate wardrobe area. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff, particularly Justine and Cristiano, were friendly and were very good too make my stay enjoyable. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The central location of the hotel was also a major plus, making it easy to explore the city. I had a perfect experience and would love to visit again!

The hotel is located in a central area, which means there could be some noise from the restaurant on the ground floor until 1 am.

The location of our stay was absolutely ideal, right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of everything. Despite being centrally located, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The room itself was more like an apartment, beautifully decorated and with a comfortable bed. The terrace provided a spacious outdoor area where we could soak up the sunshine and enjoy the tranquility. The staff, especially our host Aneta, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing great suggestions for places to visit and dine. our stay at AQA Palace was excellent, exceeding our expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel located right in the center of Florence. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, and the facilities were great. The staff were pretty good too make my stay pleasant, providing me with helpful information about transportation, nearby cafes, and tourist attractions. The location of the hotel was superb, with everything I wanted to visit just a few minutes away. the complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe was a good start to my mornings.
